Parka Blows Lead, Kyle Claims First

Shrek "Hurdles" into first place..... Get it?

What seemed like an impossibility has now become a reality: "Iron Man 2" led Jurassic Parka has lost its top spot in the standings. Boosted by 122 points from "Shrek Forever After," Points on the Back End has taken control of the HFL standings.

However, Kyle's stay atop the leaderboard may be temporary, as all three of his movies are done with their 4-week run, while McKenzie still has second-round pick "Grown Ups" yet to hit theaters. The Adam Sandler comedy, which hits theaters everywhere on June 25, has to score at least 20 points for Jurassic Parka to regain the lead.

In other news, "The Karate Kid" outperformed expectations, winning the weekend duel with "The A-Team" and vaulting Rated NC-17 solidly into third place. However, Telthorst has to deal with the shame of drafting "McGruber" which is the only movie to be out of theaters before its scoring period is up. Seriously, it got $0 in it's final week.

Two teams are still lurking in the distance. Blanner's Fart Grab Smell still has tween blockbuster "Twilight: Eclipse" yet to be released. The real sleeper could be Sarah's Sparkling Wiggles, which got a good first weekend from shockingly decent "Get Him to Greek", and still has "Jonah Hex" and "Toy Story 3" yet to be released. If the performance of "Shrek" is any indicator for "Toy Story", Sparkling Wiggles may have a chance at a worst-to-first run.

The third quarter draft will begin this week...
